TULL!!!!!

I had to go out on Christmas Eve afternoon to buy a couple of last minute items in the supermarket, and I also wanted to run in Border's to pick up Carrie Fisher's biography for a little light reading. I was braced for an hour or two of waiting in line. I was out of Border's in five minutes and the supermarket in ten. Any other year, I would have still be in line on Christmas morning. On the day after Christmas, I went with some friends to see Frost/Nixon at the cinema at the mall. My friend had to return something at Belk's and we left two hours early to get through the crush. The mall was a ghost town. Proof positive the economy is in the shitter.
