You are obviously not open to reason, debate or argument. You are blinded by hatred of GWB and Republicans. The fact remains, however, that GWB is not responsible for malfeasance and banditry in some business circles, he IS responsible for trying to tamp down the incipient mortgage crisis (for which he was shouted down by Barney Frank and other liberal D’s who accused him of ‘hating poor people’), GWB is NOT responsible for Obama’s ridiculous $3.5T monstrosity of a budget (in which 1 of every 2 dollars spent is borrowed), neither is GWB responsible for a ridiculous $800M stimulus plan that won’t really achieve spending momentum till 2011. Nor is GWB responsible for the $50B wasted on Chrysler/GM when the bankruptcy courts were ready willing and able to take them straightway. Mr. O has done much – all without GWB’s help – to get us to our present impasse, and his profligate spending is the main impetus for our continued economic peril.
